- Cook the guanciale on a high flame and in the meantime knife our small artichokes in olive oil.
- Once the pasta is cooked, toss it in the pan with the guanciale and artichokes.
- Serve with a sprinkling of Pecorino Romano cheese, a pinch of pepper and an artichoke in olive oil!
