They are selected by hand and finally processed. 

Slightly spicy thanks to their preservation with chilli, garlic, spices and aromatic herbs, they are the perfect type for a strong aperitif. 

Excellent with a glass of soft, sweetish wine to contrast the spiciness of the olive. 

They are born under the sun of the Italian olive groves, ripen there and are harvested.

They are then selected, washed and stored in jars.

The 'nostranelle' types are slightly smaller and have a more delicate flavour.
