
INGREDIENTS FOR ONE PERSON:
- 80 grams of rice
- 1 egg
- 150 grams of Belotti tuna
- 4-5 fresh cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a pot, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Meanwhile, in a non-stick frying pan, cook an egg.
- While the rice and egg are cooking, dice the fresh cherry tomatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the Belotti tuna with the fresh cherry tomatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the rice is ready, place it in a bowl and add the mixture of tuna, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Mix everything well.
- In a serving dish, arrange a portion of rice and place the shelled hard-boiled egg on top.
- Serve and enjoy your Italian-style poke!
