• 80 grams of rice
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of Belotti tuna
  • 4-5 fresh cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a pot, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, in a non-stick frying pan, cook an egg.
  3. While the rice and egg are cooking, dice the fresh cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Belotti tuna with the fresh cherry tomatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once the rice is ready, place it in a bowl and add the mixture of tuna, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix everything well.
  7. In a serving dish, arrange a portion of rice and place the shelled hard-boiled egg on top.
  8. Serve and enjoy your Italian-style poke!
