
INGREDIENTS FOR 8-12 TIGELLE:
- 500g type 2 flour
- 250ml lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Mince of Artichokes Heart - 156 ml
- Mince of Red Chili Peppers - ml 156
- Mince of Dehydrated Tomatoes and Capers - 156 ml
- Sardine Fillets - 314 ml
- Dehydrated Tomatoes in olive oil - 212 ml
PREPARATION:
- Start by preparing the dough for the tigelle: in a large bowl, mix 500g type 2 flour, 250ml lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil. Mix the ingredients well to form a smooth, homogeneous dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- After resting, knead the dough again for a few minutes and then divide it into small portions, forming small balls.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out each portion of dough into thin, regular tigelle.
- Take a baking tray and place one tigella at a time.
- Spread your favourite batter or your favourite products and enjoy your tigella still warm!
