INGREDIENTS:

  • Belotti green chillies (about 10-12 pieces)
  • Olive oil (3-4 tablespoons)
  • Grated Grana Padano cheese (2-3 tablespoons)

PREPARATION:

  1. Drain and rinse the Belotti green chillies.
  2. Cut the chillies into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, gently mix the chilli rounds with the olive oil.
  4. Add the grated grana padano and mix again.
  5. Allow to rest 30 minutes in the fridge and serve at room temperature.
