

INGREDIENTS:
- Belotti green chillies (about 10-12 pieces)
- Olive oil (3-4 tablespoons)
- Grated Grana Padano cheese (2-3 tablespoons)
- Rings of Green Chili Peppers - 314 ml
- Green Chili Peppers - 1700 ml
- Green Chili Peppers - 314 ml
- Green Chili Peppers - 720 ml
PREPARATION:
- Drain and rinse the Belotti green chillies.
- Cut the chillies into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, gently mix the chilli rounds with the olive oil.
- Add the grated grana padano and mix again.
- Allow to rest 30 minutes in the fridge and serve at room temperature.
