Do you know how to read food labels correctly?

There are 3 basic points to check for an informed purchase:

1. As of January 2022, it is mandatory to communicate the correct procedure for package disposal.
2. The nutritional values of products preserved with a preserving liquid refer to 100 grams of drained product. The preserving liquid only serves to preserve the vegetable and must not affect the finished product or its nutritional values.
3. In accordance with the regulations, the ingredients are listed in descending order, starting with the one present in the largest quantity. This also allows a product to be chosen on the basis of its actual composition.

For example, in our 'mixed' products we prefer the use of artichokes as the main vegetable, to ensure as much taste as possible!
